Shipping policy

Delivery Policy

This delivery policy is provided by Wanted Store LLC, which operates the website wantedstore.fr. It sets out the areas served, the prices, the estimated time frames and the arrangements for delivering orders placed on the Site.

1. Delivery areas

Wanted Store delivers orders to mainland France, to the European Union and to the rest of the world, including the French overseas departments and territories, orders for which follow the time frames indicated below for the rest of the world.

2. Delivery prices and time frames

The delivery costs and the estimated time frame are clearly indicated before the order is finally confirmed, based on the destination address and the option selected.

  • Mainland France (standard delivery): free, with no minimum order value. Shipped within 24 to 48 business hours after the order is confirmed, with estimated delivery between 5 and 10 business days from shipment.
  • Mainland France (Express delivery): €10.99. Shipped within 24 to 48 business hours, with faster transit than the standard option.
  • European Union: free, with no minimum order value. Shipped within 24 to 48 business hours, with estimated delivery between 5 and 10 business days from shipment.
  • Rest of the world (outside the European Union): free, with no minimum order value. Shipped within 24 to 48 business hours, with estimated delivery between 10 and 15 business days from shipment.

These time frames are given as an indication only and run from the shipping confirmation. They correspond to the time taken by Wanted Store to process the order, plus the carrier's transit time. They may be extended in the event of exceptional circumstances beyond Wanted Store's control, in particular during periods of high demand, in the event of customs incidents, or in the event of a strike affecting postal services or carriers.

3. Shipping of orders

Orders are prepared and shipped within 24 to 48 business hours after payment is confirmed, excluding weekends and public holidays. A shipping confirmation email, including a tracking number where one is available, is sent to the customer at the address given when the order was placed.

4. Order tracking

Every customer can track the progress of their order using the tracking link sent by email. The name of the carrier or carriers used is provided to the customer when their order is shipped. If the customer has difficulty accessing the tracking information, or if the status of the parcel has not been updated for several days, the customer is invited to contact customer service at contact@wantedstore.fr.

5. Lost, delayed or damaged parcels

If a parcel is visibly damaged on delivery, the customer is advised to record precise and detailed reservations with the carrier at the time of receipt, or to refuse the parcel if the damage is obvious.

If a parcel is lost, abnormally delayed in relation to the stated time frames, or damaged, the customer must contact customer service at contact@wantedstore.fr with their order number. Wanted Store will then open an investigation with the carrier and will offer, depending on the circumstances, either reshipment of the product or a full refund, at no additional cost to the customer.

6. Customs duties and import taxes (outside the European Union)

For deliveries shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, local taxes or clearance fees may be applied by the authorities of the destination country. These charges are not included in the price of the products or in the delivery costs invoiced by Wanted Store and remain entirely payable by the customer, who acts as the consignee and importer of the products ordered. Wanted Store invites its customers to check with the customs authorities of their country before placing an order.

7. Delivery address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order. In the event of an error or an imprecision in the address provided by the customer, resulting in the parcel being returned or having to be reshipped, the corresponding costs may be invoiced to the customer.
